Subject: CCR Reorganization Election

The 2025 CCR Reorganization and Endorsement Election will be held virtually via Zoom on March 4 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:

Election of Officers: The President, First Vice President, the Division Vice Presidents, the Recording and Corresponding Secretary, the Membership Secretary and the Treasurer shall be elected at the Reorganizing Convention in the manner provided in the Bylaws and shall serve for a period of two (2) years or until their successors are elected and qualified.

Endorsement of Candidates for Republican Party Office: Endorsement of candidates for both statewide and regional offices may be considered.

Procedures for Delegates and Chapters

    • Chapter delegations are based on paid CCR membership as prescribed in CCR bylaws. Chapter delegates must be selected by their respective chapters.
    • According to CCR bylaws, all CCR officers and CCR Past Presidents are eligible to be delegates-at-large.
    • Only registered delegates will be allowed to vote at the endorsement convention.
    • Registration Fee: $10.00 for each Voting Delegate.
    • The deadline for registration will be midnight on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

Convention registration is available on the CCR website at www.ccr-gop.com.

Zoom information for voting delegates will be provided following the registration deadline.
